I’ve just finished my first full-time week at Stage 2 Planning Partners, and I am delighted to be here. For the last four months, I have been straddling part-time roles here and in my old life, and it is a great relief to cut back to just one job.
Coming from a one-professional office, it is also a real treat to have colleagues here in
South Burlington. Bouncing around ideas, collaborating, getting to know each other, cracking jokes—it’s all good. I’m impressed with my colleagues’ tireless good humor, commitment, and smarts. My e-mail inbox doesn’t fill up so fast this week, and the phone doesn’t ring as often as in the old place. I’m sure that will change. I’m already calling all the Stage 2 Affiliates to find out how the materials are working for them and what changes could make the materials even more valuable.
