This blog is designed for owners of private businesses and those advisers who help them reach success. Once or twice a week a senior adviser with the Stage 2 Affiliate program will write some comments on some aspect of private business.

These comments will either be directly related to business owners making their businesses better or to advisers to private business owners on activities they can pursue to provide better service to their Clients. We’re excited about providing both business owners and their advisers strategies, tactics, tools and methodologies to make the experience of helping business owners more effective and efficient.

The senior staff of Stage 2 has over 70 years of working, managing and advising private business owners. We have both operated and advised business and have a different slant than many others in this business. We encourage you to participate in our blog and let us know what your thoughts are.
